The NABU series

What changed, where, and what it costs.

NABU is a series of products for the review of construction projects between two issues. Two are available today. Each finding they produce is tied to the drawings, the specification and the bill of quantities it touches.

Made to your measure: every product is set up for your project, your rules and your way of reviewing.

  • Findings linked to the bill of quantities
  • Model comparison in development
  • Model-derived quantities comparison in development

  • Offline HTML viewer export, single file or folder
  • Virtual reality walk-through on a headset
  • Everything runs locally; no cloud service

Inside NABU Compare

Every finding, priced where it lands.

A change on a drawing rarely touches one line of the bill of quantities. A wall extended by two metres changes blockwork, plaster, paint, skirting and the door schedule. NABU Compare links each finding to the items it affects, so the commercial effect of a revision is read from the finding itself, not reconstructed afterwards.

  • One finding, several bill items: each link named with the item code and the measured unit.
  • Repeated on N levels: counted once per level, not once per sheet.
  • Carried into the Excel export: the BoQ items column stands beside Impact, Effect and Tags.
  • Model-derived quantities, when a model is available, feed the same links.

Samples

Prepared on a fictitious project.

The sample reports show the form and depth of NABU output on "Harbour Court, Block C", an invented residential tower with podium. No client data appears on this site. A report on your own project is prepared under agreement.
